Got really annoyed with the balaclava hood i usually wear under masks. I hate how i can't control the jaw as much with a tight bit of cloth over my face. I can't "emote" as delicately without my lips/mouth touching it. The mask edge also started to show through the eye holes and that irritated me big time. My boyfriend is going to be wearing my Boar Thing to a haunted house/graveyard/pumpkin patch event tomorrow and i don't think he'd enjoy the hood...so this was a problem (I get to wear my demon suit, yay!)

I ended up hot gluing some speaker cloth to the inside of the mouth and that is working much better! I will probably still wear a hood to wick away sweat but with a larger hole cut in the face..

Just a tip for my DIY customers!

How much would you charge for a fully completed mask? Like, painted with fur..or are you even selling them completed?

I'm not really selling complete masks right now but if i did, it would cost about $150 or more.

Speaker cloth... hmm that gives me an idea. My jaw is a bit long so I may use that for a stretching elastic material

Thats great, but may I ask you a question, I'm assuming most of the hair there is a part of the mask, where do you get such "fake" hair?
