Andros the dragon by missmonster Andros the dragon by missmonster
Andros the dragon is in the shop! missmonster.myshopify.com/
Here is Andros! He's BIG! Andros mostly just naps in the sun, his favorite spot in on the back of the couch when the sun hits it. Feel free to rest your head on his middle when he does this, he doesnt mind. He also likes to burrow into freshly dried, warm laundry so keep an eye out for that! Andros' favorite food is fresh mango with smoked fish. All together on one plate. I know...ew.
This is a handmade, one of a kind piece of art. The face, horns and claws are an original sculpt cast in resin that is then hand painted. Each cast piece is sealed with clear coat. The body is a soft, non articulated floppy style stuffed with soft polyfill. High quality thick faux fur body. Glass eyes are sculpted into his face and give a feeling of life to him.

This dragon is 51" long!

The mane and mustache are made from dyed wool, some of which was purchased from wool artisans who specialize in dying fibers. I try to support other independent artists with my material purchases when i can! Andros also has flexible spines on his neck and tail. These are made from soft silicone so he can still be hugged. Each one is hand shaped and set into the doll.

Every one of my dolls comes with a signed resin monster face medallion tag marking it as one of my one of a kind critters. These dolls are meant to be petted and cuddled a bit but please treat them with care. Wipe the face or paws with a slightly damp cloth to clean any scuffs or dust. They are not rated for young children!
